Christmas Fun

Finally getting to this post! With being in Topeka a lot over Christmas and New Years and kids who only give me 20-30 minutes of overlapping naps I've had minimal blogging time. Normally I'd split this up into a couple posts and gives lots of details but this year just be glad you are getting to see the pictures :)

Christmas Cutie!
Jane was all smiles for her first Christmas.

We did our best to get pictures of the girls together in their tutus but it isn't easy getting both of them to look at the camera...forget about two smiles!

Anna sure loves giving Jane hugs!

On Christmas Eve morning we headed over to the Copp household for yummy breakfast and presents.

Jane was pretty interested in everything that was going on. Mostly she liked shoving her presents in her mouth or crinkling the paper (and trying to eat it of course).

An attempt at a selfie with my baby girl.

Lovely red heads

It was cold but not too cold for a little bit of swinging.

Another one of Grandma and Jane but I just really like this picture of my Mom.

Playing with one of Seth's presents.

We tried for a group shot but we couldn't get the girls to hold still.

We went back over to the Kent house for nap time before the celebrations continued. Yummy dinner before more gift opening.
Daddy and Gama
Another red head picture (even though you can't tell with the gray!)
Give me that Gampa!
Gama and Gampa's new toy. The girls loved it!

Kisses for Gama!

We weren't sure how Anna was going to do with presents and such this year. At her birthday just a month before she was fairly timid about opening gifts and accepted help to get things moving. What a difference a month makes! She was EXCITED about all the gifts. She liked giving them to people to open and loved opening them herself. She refused help most of the time so sometimes it took forever but she was having so much fun!

Jane liked helping Uncle Thomas with some paper.

Since our main celebrations with family were on Christmas Eve we had a fairly relaxing Christmas Day. We did head out to Auburn to visit my Grandparents and see whatever extended family was out there.
Anna isn't too into selfies
I think Grandmom enjoyed getting her hands on little Miss Jane.

Anna had fun sneaking up on Daddy. I love the girls in their Christmas dresses.

Back at Kevin's Mom and Dad's we had a quiet evening since everyone went to see a movie. It was nice having a little time with just us and the girls.

What a fun Christmas with both our little ladies and getting quality time with our families. It's tiring packing up all our stuff to spend time in Topeka but then I think about how difficult it would be if we were still in Michigan and we would have so much less time. So happy to be close!

Hopefully everyone had a Merry Christmas!!!
